Windows Phone 8.1 Update for the Samsung ATIV S?

Still waiting for my update from WP8 GDR3 to WP8.1 on my ATIV S when is this going to happen?

I have received information that TELUS mobility received WP8.1 update from Microsoft July 15 for testing, why is testing so slow?

It's a Microsoft product. Microsoft is known for it's slowness. Anything they release quickly tends to be full of bugs and unstable (See Windows Vista first release). If your phone is still working fine right now, patience is key. The update will come out when it's ready.

Also there was already a topic started about this and was only a couple from the top on the forum. Search can be quite useful.

Maybe they will skip WP8.1 and go straight to WP8.1 GDR1 update?

Install the Preview for developers app on your phone and get the update right away. I have done this on my wife's ATIV, weeks ago.

Don't want the Bata OS "Preview" ....waiting for the real deal! My question is when TELUS mobility have WP8.1 GDR1 update ready?

If you're waiting for the real deal, then you'll just have to be patient and wait.  Repeatedly asking for it won't bring it any faster.

Did you search for the other thread on this topic as already suggested?
