When is Galaxy S3 recieving 4.1.2 or 4.2.2?

Just wondering when you guys will being sending out the jelly bean update for the Galaxy S3. I look forward to it but can't find anything about it.

The Galaxy S3 from Telus is already running Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. If you mean Android 4.2.2 Jelly bean,  nobody knows as the international version will have to get it first and hasn't yet which happens months before any carrier branded models get updated. It was also just said to know be delayed for the international version because they are adding more of the touch wiz features from the Galaxy S4 into the update.

If I had to guess and I'm usually fairly accurate with guessing Samsung updates I'd say 2-3 months or so from now.

You can also check out custom roms if you really want the 4.2.2

The Galaxy S3 is only running 4.1.1, 4.1.2 has not come for the Canadian carriers. I was just curious if they would push the 4.1.2 or go directly to 4.2.2. I've tried some of the custom roms but none of the I have found are nearly as stable as the stock touchwiz even with milestones and RCs.

As far as I know the AT&T S3 has yet to recieve the 4.1.2 update so keep an eye on that. When they get the update Telus should have the update shortly as they are the same phone.

Shandi, your device upgrade schedle is not up to date. I just updated my S3 via wifi today to 4.1.2 and you still list 4.1.1 for the S3.

It looks like the site is updated now.  It says KitKat 4.4.2.  I just checked Kies and NE6 update is available.
