Data can be blocked on your account and on your phone. You need both enabled for data to be on.

Call customer service to unblock at the account level.

You can turn on data on your phone yourself if it is off. If you don't know how then post your phone model and someone here can help you with instructions.

Do you currently have a voice plan? Is it prepaid or postpaid? Can you provide more details please @Callie

Hey! "Callie" How's going. Totally agree with the other contributors, in order to advice a workaround in your case,  you've to add more info as to in which, plan U've signed up -Prepaid or Monthly bill- The data as stated by 'xray' is activated when you, buy any amount of data. By mistake users can blocked, but there's a way to rollback the change.

 

In the case that you bought an 'x' amt of data N' you're unable to browsing the Web or download, un-install or update certain Apps, you've a bug in the system and can solved by a tecnical support member or for a veteran contributor, So report youself to the forum to assist you.  <ReadMe soon>  "v9"
