how long do you have to wait to trade in your iphone for credit for a new one? i've had mine for 10 and a half months so do i have to wait a full year or can i trade it in now?

Are you subscribed to Telus' T-Up program? If so, you have to be 12 months before you can take advantage of the upgrade option.

If not, you can either pay out your current balance, and sell the phone on the open market, or trade it in for up to $250 off a new device.

Usually you will do better on a sale than a trade-in, in most people's experience.
