I ordered the Huawei Mate 20 Pro on Nov 23rd online. Seems like there is a larger back order on this phone and it's not limited to Telus. On the Rogers forum they have a way to track their position line. I would really like to get this phone before Christmas. Does anyone know what the wait will be or how I an find my place in line?

Place in line? No, but the status of the order, and how it is moving along can be found here.
Often backorders have no date of resolution from the supplier, so learning when the status may change can be impossible.

That link did now work for me. I think it's due to my order being placed on EPP. I've called into EPP department numerous times now and I can not get an agent. Today I called the regular non-EPP line in desperation to speak to someone regarding the plan and current Telus promotion I maybe entitled to. The agent could not help me of course because that's not her department. She tried to transfer me to the EPP department but she was on hold for so long she gave up. She told me she would get me someone to call me back which I agreed to. An agent did return my call but put me on hold shortly after to get more information. But after a long period of being on hold I was some how transferred into the holding queue as if I had just called in and needed to wait for an agent. I've wasted so much time trying to get a hold of someone for some basic questions. This is the reason I transferred from Rogers to Telus in 2010. I was tired of playing phone tag and was looking for better customer service. You may play a recording that you value my time while I wait but it certainly doesn't feel like it.
These are the numbers I have been trying without any luck to get a hold of someone that could help me. Your help with this would be greatly appreciated.
1-866-507-2667 (On my invoice. No one picks up the line. Waited for nearly 1 hour several times)
416-815-2240 (On my invoice. Phone number is not in service)
eppsupport@telus.com (My e-mail have been unanswered for 2 days)

EPP plans are usually managed by Telus resellers, often the same ones as manage the corporate cellular phone plans for those employees who are provided company phones. If so, these are completely outside Telus management, and you’ll need to continue to try to connect with them.

Ok, Thanks. I have some idea now how long the shipment will take from Mississauga. Just had an order delivered from Wallmart today that past through the Mississauga CP hub.

I just wanted to circle back and let everyone know that Telus shipped my phone and my fiances with UPS. Both phones arrived within one week. Although it felt much longer.
