So there's a deal I saw in the Telus website and it says that if I switch from MTS, I can get up to $100 off a premium smartphone on a 2-year TELUS Share plan. I am currently in MTS. If I take this deal, will Telus cover all the fees so I can switch to them? and can I change phone numbers if I switch from MTS?

To my knowledge, the only fees you would pay to MTS on leaving is the outstanding balance owing on your device; there are no 'departure fees'. Telus generally does not extend their offers to include payments to your former telco to switch. You can choose a new phone number or port your current number to your Telus service. If you get your current phone unlocked, you may be able to sell it to a third party to recover your costs to move.
