Telus unlock Telus devices that's been activated on their network for 90 days and more. You need to be a current active Telus client on a monthly plan. The cost is 35$ charged to your monthly bill. You can reach them at 1-866-558-2273 or tweet them @TELUSsupport to proceed. Once unlock is requested, you need to connect your phone with iTunes (must have internet connection on computer)

Yep.... if you have had the phone more 90 days it can be done. Contact Telus Mobility for procedures.
