So I would like it if you can send me a brand new phone any colour but the same make and not a second hand. It was 48hrs when I received my phone, but nobody wants to reply so with the other *New* Phone my problem won't be an issue anymore.

Why not try the obvious first thing most responsible people will do. PHONE IN. Next obvious step if that's too hard is go to your local Telus store. Phoning in will typically cover everything. This is a general web forum that can help with some issues but not a defective phone.
No one will email you back from here. They can't verify who you are which is why you phone in.

Hi, I did order the phone with your company and i expect it if you would send me another phone instead of waiting . It's not my fault that my phone does't work. I'm paying for the device.
