Looking to change my smartphone plan. No need for data anymore. My data contract is up next month

You should be able to change your plan through the 'My Account' portal, or by contacting a Customer Service Rep as described in the 'Contact Us' section at the bottom of the page.

Sometimes service reduction requests can take to next billing period or 30 days.

If you don't want data than you're looking at a voice plan listed here: (scroll to the section that says don't need data?)
or you could look at switching to prepaid. Be warned prepaid is limited to local only. Technically you can do long distance but it's .50 per min or .25 per min for $5 per month. Here's those plans:
