I need help in unlocking my iphone. It was a gift from my aunt and I cant seem to persuade her to login to her account and unlock it. (distant relative)
Can anyone help me? I dont have a telus account as I am from another country. Thanks!
Solved! There's a chatbox on the site. It's inconspicuous or there's a problem on the website on desktop version. I tried it on my phone and voila my phone is unlocked/sim free
You can contact Telus directly through Twitter @Telussupport, and they can unlock the phone for you as long as it has not been blacklisted in the past.
