International calling

I’m from Ontario and I’m currently in Greece. The people in Greece are unable to call me, why? I have Roam like home

Can you call them? Are they using the correct dialing plan? Usually +1 and your number or 011 plus your number works.

If you can’t call out, It is likely International calling / international roaming has not been turned on for your account. You can check and add it in My Telus > manage add-ons.
