I cannot login to the mobile Telus app

Now that the Telus mobility app is all changed and new... I cannot login to it. It keeps giving me "login timeout". I don't take long enough to enter my username and password for it to timeout and yes I am putting in the correct info. Is this an issue people are having or just me?

It's a known issue on ios. Telus is aware and their software developers are working on it
