I can hook my phone to my car .just wondering if i get charged for using bluetooth

Bluetooth is like connecting anything with a cable, but without a cable. It's a hardware feature and you do not get charged using it

To clarify...
-are you referring to charging the bluetooth headset battery? Yes it can be done via the car charger or a home 120v plug.
-are you referring to cellular voice/data charges? The cell charges would be the same whether you use the phone at home or in the car.

Bluetooth itself has no cell charges. Bluetooth headset consumes the same cell charges as talking on the phone.
