If you go to www.telusmobility.com and click on the troubleshooting category you may be able to find the solution to the issue you are having with your phone. If the solution is not there then you can call TELUS at *611 after 8:00am, listen for the option (I believe it is 4) that will connect you with technical assistance and they can further troubleshoot for you.
