How come my simcards no longer working keeps saying searching after topping up my account?

You can start by removing/re-enter he sim in your device, if nothing changes, make sure that your nework settings are on. Are you able to find ou if you're he only one in your area having issues? if yes, it's either a hardware (sim or phone) issue. call *611 from your mobile device to make sure that your account is still active, good luck.
