Hi,
I live in Sicamous and right now have no service. It's been sporatic throughout the day but for the last couple hours, we've had nothing. Do you know anything about this.

Yes, it's not an isolated case. Multiple reports have been sent to Telus regarding a service outage in Sicamous BC. Telus is aware and opened an investigation ticket for the issue. There is no estimated time of resolution yet, but it's marked as priority.
