First things first Try power cycling your phone ( turning it off and on) this fixes a good majority of issues
If this doesnt work try:
I would check the outgoing mail settings. If you have it set to your email providers outgoing mail server it might not be communication properly as its not being sent from that emauils server. I would try to enter in the Telus outgoing server which is:
smtp.telus.net
you do not require a username and password.
And if this doesnt work I would recomend stopping by a telus dealership or phoning Telus technical Support by dialing 1 866 558 2273
