Can't recieve picture messages

Just Moved In

I have a Nexus 4 with the Lite 55-300 Nat & 500MB plan, and I can't receive any picture messages. What's going on?

Might be your APN and MMS settings that are incorrect. Check here http://mobility.telus.com/en/QC/Non-TELUS-Devices/how-to-002257.shtml or reach Telus at *611, 1-866-558-2273 or even better on Twitter @TELUSsupport for troubleshooting. Make sure your data is enabled, you must be able to access data without wifi

With that plan you have unlimited MMS. You just need to make sure of:

- Make sure to have Data turned ON
- Make sure your wifi is OFF
- You are using a Telus Device to have service guarantee..

🙂 if you checked list above and you're still having issues you can just call from a different number to *611 or 18665582273.

If you have a non-Telus unlocked phone, you'll need to manually set your APN and MMS settings. Follow the instructions here http://mobility.telus.com/en/QC/Non-TELUS-Devices/how-to-002257.shtml

You can also reach Telus for technical support on Twitter @TELUSsupport to troubleshoot the issue

Try sending a message out first.  Once you have successfully sent out a picture message, you should be able to receive with no problems.

If it's still not working, go to Facebook and send a private message to TELUS. They'll be able to push the multimedia messages to your device.
