I'm trying to use the mobile app but when I log in it says wanting for account manger to approve but I never got an email for validation

For any account issues, you will need to call in to Telus. No one here will have any access since we're primarily customers like you.

Not sure where to ask this......when I log in, and check "Remember Me"....it doesn't remember me...anyone else have this glitch ??

I use the password manager in my browser for this. If you have cookies turned off, or clear your cookies and cache, the 'Remember Me' will not work.
