Can’t find “manage device” in my account!

I follow this link to unlock my cellphone, https://www.telus.com/en/qc/support/article/unlock-mobile-device, but I can’t find “manage device” after I log in to “my TELUS”. I can see my cellphone’s model. Anybody can help me to find it? Thanks!
