When I go into the browser feature (telus.com) on the G2, the little pictures next to the categories are all in Korean. They should be in Canadian. I have contacted Technical Support a few times and they have tried different things with me such as clearing the browser cache, doing a factory reset of the phone but those ideas did not work. I checked the update feature and I am using the current software version. Please help!!!

JS here. Thank you for your response to my issue about the browser on the LG G2 phone. I received, downloaded and installed the new Kit Kat software from LG to the phone and after testing the browser, different apps and features everything is working great. Thanks Again!!

Have you tried clearing the cache from within the browser, or did you do it through the phone settings? Clearing the app cache could do the trick. Otherwise, you can try uninstalling the updates to the browser and then performing the updates.
