Belle River Ontario NEW TOWER INSTALLATION

I live in Belle River Ontario  ( Lakeshore Region near Puce)   We have the worst cell phone signal strength and a massive dead zone where not only does your DATA not work, but your Phone Cell strength is zero and also doesn't work.

Last Summer our Mayor contacted Telus and pleaded with them to add a new Cell Tower in the Emeryville Area so the 10,000 residents of this area would be able to use there Telus phones / data  / etc..

No tower has been installed, i've tried calling Telus 1-800 and no one on there seems to know anything.   When is this new tower getting built???  Its insane that we have no use of our phones in this community, Yet Rogers Clients have zero issues and several towers in the area.
