If you log in to the modem, under Advanced, you want to choose Scheduling Access. That is the more reliable way to restrict access if you want to do it at the modem level. Just note that nothing is foolproof and most kids if they are old enough will usually be able to figure out how to get around many of the possible technological blocks. Setting firm rules and consequences around technology use in the household are also a good thing to have in place as a supplement.
