Type of wire / cable required to connect TV to house

Just Moved In

I have an underground service into my house that is pre-wired, there is no RG6 coax type wires available for use, there is a narrow blue cable CAT 5E 7-H172 and a narrow black cable Corning Optical, is this sufficient to bring Telus TV into my house, I do not believe the actual fiber optic service in in my neighborhood yet. Once in the house to the distribution point there is just the CAT 5E, will this on the inside?

Check Internet plans available to your address here. If greater than 25 Mbps service is available to your address, you should be able to include Telus TV in the mix.
