I just got my telus tv installed today but after it was done installing, a few buttons stopped working such as the menu, options, changing channels using the up and down arrows, and apps. Is there any way to fix this problem?

You can try resetting it by following these instructions, and if it still does not work, contact Telus about a replacement.

Tried resetting, doesn't seem to be the remote control itself since it works on my other tv.

Reset your Optik Box by holding the power button for about 10 seconds or in Settings choose Restart Digital Box.

Also make sure there is nothing blocking the front to the PVR.
