There are several discussion about this but nothing changes. My next billing for internet is a 10% increase again like they did last year. You don't get 10% improved services or data. Really I have the data I need but would like to see the prices go down instead of increasing 10% each year which btw is not obviously announced each time Telus does it. I don't need offers for more data that also costs more again.
This blog is good to vent but I can see that most of the time it changes nothing.
All you can do is shop around although in Canada there is still not enough competition.
