We just signed up today for the new hope package deal. We received the confirmation email about the deal but I noticed it didn’t have any information on the visa gift we’re supposed to get . I was just wanting some confirmation on that .

Usually gift cards would arrive to you a month or so after installation. Since the participants in the neighbourhood are mostly other customers, you would need to contact Telus directly to confirm the status of the bonus for your purchase of service. If the gift card was advertised as part of the offer, you could wait and contact them if it does not arrive in reasonable time.
