No telephone internet or tv 12 hours now. What is telus going to do about it?

Since the only reported outage is Sherwood Park, you will need to contact Telus directly to report the loss of services to your dwelling. In the case of individual or small scale outages, they have no way of knowing about such loss of services.

If your landline is down, contact Telus directly. If you contact Telus, you would know what they plan to do about it. No dialtone issues tend to get greater priority.
