Hello, I live at the metropolitan building in Calgary. You have a deal with them. My first year living here I received free internet and cable. When we resigned our lease we agreed to keep you on. Our property manager said he did everything to transition our account over with you guys. This morning I woke up with no internet. I have already paid my bill of $50 (as per apart of he partnership you have with our building) so I don’t understand why my internet is gone. I did receive a phone call while I was at work and the voicemail said to call if I wanted to adjust my tv packages. I did not so I did not call back. I have received no notice that something in my account was wrong or was missing so I do not understand why my internet is just gone

Get your property manager to contact Telus and check if the account has been transferred to your name.
