I’m not why this is happeneing, but my home internet is not working although I just paid some overdue bills but still no connection!

As is the usual recommended process, start with these troubleshooting steps and if that doesn't work, call Telus at 1-877-310-8324. If for some reason it is a billing issue, that likely won't be able to be sorted until tomorrow when Sales is open.
