Spent over an hour trying to resolve and on the phone with tech support (in Manila). There is no internet service to the building, Sadly, the Outage information system on the Telus website does not work. I am very disappointed on several fronts. Hope they will get this resolved before the games this afternoon (Oilers and Superbowl).
