I have been issued a new digital box and modum. I cannot set up Call Display to stay at 20 seconds, it keeps going back to 5 seconds and there is no display from a caller.

Do you mean incoming calls being displayed on your TV screen? Do you have the new 4K PVR?

You will have to call Telus Tech support for this problem. I had it happen a few times(each time when I changed the PVR). They have to reset something from their side. Same symptoms.
