why do I keep getting a pop up that says:  pc is not protected

Typically that means you have no active antivirus. If you click the box that says that it should show what the problem is. Alternatively, if you do have active antivirus and are still seeing it, you may have a virus. If you have have a paid subscription to an antivirus program and it expires, you may see this message also.


What antivirus program do you have installed?
