pop up telus surveys when not on telus site.. are they ok as I have never opened one. possible preloaded money card???? or are these sites corrupt. tia polecat

In my experience, they have come as an email with an invitation to complete the survey. 

You could always complete the survey, but decline to give your personal information! This would of course prevent you getting the prize, but would give you some idea of the motives of the surveyor.
