Did you mean:

"All circuits are busy"

Shane
Leader

Greetings,

I'm trying to call Duraflow:

1-866-488-9399

However, I've been getting an automated "We're sorry, all circuits are busy now. Please try your call again later." I've been trying to ten days.

Is there any way around this? I can't find any other number on their website:

http://www.duraflowindustries.com

Thanks,

Shane.

Have you tried their direct line?

This is embarrassing. I didn't see their direct line until you pointed it out.

Their direct line works. I will try it on Monday.

Thanks,

Shane.

Their toll-free number may only accept calls from the USA. A business can choose to receive calls from the USA, Canada, or both.

I've had that happen before, but it specifically said 'the call cannot be completed from your current location'.

Shane.

I was able to get through on their direct number. They said that the toll-free number is provided by voice-over-IP.

Then my guess is their VoIP supplier offers  poor error messages.
