Our phone has been out since last Friday.  When will it be fixed?

Based on real time reporting there doesn't appear to be a localized outage. As @Nighthawk stated best to call Telus as could be an isolated issue.

I can’t call to report as my phone isn’t working. I have a mobile phone and have wifi so have sent Telus an email, no response. It appears I am no longer connected to the network, 3G I think. When I try to phone out, it fails.

For fastest results you are best to contact Telus directly either by phone, or through chat from a PC or laptop. It would take far longer to resolve an issue by email than by dealing with a live person instead. Especially on a weekend. Email is only available for mobility issues. If your home phone is down, there is no email option for assistance there. Call in or chat only.
