one problems on the new update

when my sister and i got home, the pvr didn't response and so i unplugged it for 20 seconds and came back on and said we are upgrading performenace and features, (restart now or in 3 hours)

so i said restart, it restarted and worked for a bit (live tv) then restarted again, why twice?

Help please!. Going to chat live online with telus right now! 😃

Sometimes unplugging can cause more delays than left alone.  I too had similar problems finding the update still going when I want to sit down and watch a live episode of my fav Marvel show last night.

If you don't get a solution... wait 24hrs (overnight) to see if that corrects the problem.
