Tried to use live chat 3 or 4 time in last month but it will not connect. Used phone in early today solved my issue. Polecat

@polecat I never had any issues when I used it a few weeks ago. It could have just been bad timing and they had a problem.

Remember live chat does not work on mobile devices.

@WestCoasterBC Just tried chat now still unable to connect . Maybe i have something blocked, a new laptop i'm getting used to. Polecat
