Is there anyway to set actiontec router to let LAN share ip address public?

Could VPN be what you need?  Please explain your interest for such need.

Maybe I am misunderstanding but it sounds like you want 2 public IP addresses.  You can use the bridged port on the ActionTec to do that.  The bridged port is basically just a splitter.  I believe Telus will assign up to 2 IPv4 addresses.

 

For IPv6, every device on the LAN gets a public (routable) IP address so that is not a problem for IPv6.
