how do you enable the ipv6015

I have a ipv6015 ,keeps saying PVR is disabled how do I enable it so I can record a channel??

Have you tried resetting it by holding the power button for 10 or more seconds?

Else Telus may have to do a reset from their end.  Contact info is at the bottom of the page.
