daily outage


My optic tv / internet goes down daily for up to 30 minutes sometime between 6:00pm and 8:30 pm.  Anyone else experience this?  My neighbor does not experience this problem.

Yes I have contacted them every 3rd day.  I am tired of this issue as it has gone on for 3 months... I have had technicians out 5 times.... no one has any ideas why, testing shows nothing amiss.

Make sure you log specific dates and times this occurs. The more the tech has the better they can search into the issue(s).

Ask for a higher level tech to come diag your issue. There are less of them (sometimes a two week wait) but they handle the issue till it’s corrected.
