Recently changed to Fiber optic and router is T1200h 31.128L.07. It seems that scheduling access is not really working. still able to access internet past the allowed time. is there a way to really "work" the schedule? how? or is it better to have a separate modem. i have both optik tv and internet. any suggestion would help.

The T1200H allows port 1 to be bridged to another router, leaving the Optik stuff on the Actiontec. You can choose a router to meet your needs for user management.
