While it is not difficult to set up the wireless box, I’m guessing enough people have had difficulty that Telus prefers to send a tech. You might be able to leave a note on your door asking the device be left for you, if you can’t be present for the install.

Thanks. Website says they will mail it. But tech insisted a tech come. I’ve had too many techs lately....costs me money to sit around waiting. Just shoulder be this difficult....maybe I’ll give Shaw a try.
