Will an AT&T Cisco isb7105 wireless TV box work on the telus network

My brother who lives just south of me in Blaine WA has two AT&T wireless TV boxes (Cisco isb7105) and he wants to sell them to me.  Although the model and make is the same as what Telus uses, will the AT&T box be compatible with my Telus service.  I already have a Cisco access point VEN501 and one Telus isb7105.

Maybe you get to be the canary in the coal mine. Why not get the devices, and offer your brother payment only if they are useful to you?
