On April 15 I talked to a TELUS security sales rep. He promised to call me back on April 22. It is now April 28 and still no call. Is this the way a communication company deals with it's customer communication ? I have been a TELUS Home/Optik/Internet TV customer for years and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

Sometimes appointments get missed. You could contact the department again and request a call back.

Not sure that I have to chase someone because they are not doing their job ?

Maybe they are off work, sick. There could be some explanation. In the meantime, you lose out waiting for a call that may never come.
