Normally the ping to the 2nd hop (10.x IP) is typically near 1ms. Considering the third hop is showing 3ms average, I suspect something may be a little off with the MTR results for the second hop. Is that a frequent result your seeing? Whenever I do MTR I don't think I've seen anything other than a couple ms max (copper) on the 2nd hop.

yeah frequent result I'm seeing.I did a test with ping plotter too,likewise ping in second hop from winmtr. I've looked online from Ping plotter article ,it says some

It's the gateway that all Optik clients connect to and it's within Telus' internal network.
