I was confirmed for an appointment to setup my on January 6th 3 weeks in advance, and my appointment has been silently changed to an all-day appointment without confirmation. I called 3 times to inquire and have been told no one can help with this and I shall accept the situation.
If this is how Telus treates customers it shouldn't be in this business at all.
It's unfortunate about changes in the appointments. Sometimes, esp due to weather depending on your location, installers can run into some delays. They will usually try to contact you 15 - 20 minutes prior to arrival.
