Hi all, I have a 50 internet link but I am not satisfied when I strem some videos. Is it possible to cancel the services with no penalty as soon as I have less than 30 days contract?

You should have no problems streaming anything on 50mbps. What type of streaming content are you having issues with? Which websites? Are you wired or wireless? Have you called technical support for assistance yet?


As for the contract, you'll have to call customer service to confirm though if you are on contract they likely won't waive fees.
