Telus Internet billing issues over payments and questionable charges after cancellations

I have a very bad experience with Telus. I cancelled my internet account and returned the modem ( receipt of this was confirmed via canada post) however Telus kept on charging me without providing clear billing statements. since I was using ebill statements I can no  longer access my previous or current statements and they still kept on sending billings via email  which doesn't make any sense. since I have an automatic credit card billing I get charges from them every month. I reviewed my payments and discovered double payments on some months.This is becoming so stressful that I will never go back to Telus ever! it's very unfortunate!

Any billing issues you must contact telus by phone. Make sure to have all information on payment amounts and dates and any other proof of continually being billed.
