Telus chat line has been down for two days now. Unbelievable.I can't use my landline phone! Also I reloaded my cellphone minutes and it's not working either so I can't make calls to anyone and I can't figure out what's wrong. HELP!
Chat works for me when I try it from a PC. Are you trying from your phone or from a computer?
I just tried it and it works for me.
Make sure you select your Province in the upper right corner. Not all services are available in every Province.
If you can't see this then describe what you do see.
Tried numerous chat windows. Response was :NO CHAT AGENTS AVAILABLE". I live in a major city and have been on chat before. I logged into the MOBILITY chat window. Finally got an agent who was able to help me and then transfer me to a home services agent. Not impressed.
Apparently for certain services and certain regions, Telus has removed the option to chat. In my situation, I can only connect to Business chat.
